High Aspirations

Problem: High Aspirations is a Non-Profit faith based organization which was in need of a brand that could expand across multiple platforms, a website and physical deliverables.

Target Audience : The audience the non-profit wanted to communicate to varied from mothers who would be interested in enrolling their child in their programs to donors interested in donating.

Solution: Design a brand that is playful, light hearted and inspiring. Taking the concept of “High altitude” and creating playful representations. The visual system conceptually displays all the paths a mentor may take towards adulthood in the program.

Branding

The branding was inspired by key words which led to fruitful concepts to design around. Beginning with the Word “High” and researching various aerodynamic vehicles. The idea that the nonprofit would be the vehicle that could help mentees fly high and choose their own paths. Icons like the clouds, mountains and stars are present to reinforce the elevated mentoring taught at High Aspirations.

Social Media

The social media accounts needed a face lift. The approach to deciding which platforms to focus on was based on the traffic each account generated. Providing profile pictures, covers and posts using the new brand. In addition, templates were supplied to help echo the brand across each post by utilizing the new typefaces and graphic assets.
